托帕石是11月的誕生石，又被成為「友誼之石」

托帕石有多種顏色，其中藍色又分為天空藍、瑞士藍和倫敦藍。
藍色托帕石的價格：倫敦藍>瑞士藍>天空藍
無疑是夢幻逸品。
鍍金採用厚金電鍍，是目前業界高等級的電鍍工藝，比普通鍍金層更加固色，但由於電鍍工藝的局限性，鍍金類首飾無法保證不褪色。


11世紀時，歐洲人認為托帕石能夠治療眼疾，將托帕石放在葡萄酒中浸泡三天三夜
然後再用它來按摩有病的眼睛，不僅可以治療一般的眼疾，即使是弱視也有很好的療效。
歐洲三世紀的《翼之書》記載，刻有獵鷹圖案的托帕石能夠幫助佩戴者、特別是那些有權勢的佩戴者培養親善的感情
稍後的文獻中，記載托帕石可治療狂癲，並能增加一個人的智慧和審慎能力，而且是沸水和盛怒的冷卻劑。

18世紀，托帕石更是開始聲名大噪
在法國和西班牙，托帕石和鑽石一起被鑲嵌在許多瑰麗的首飾上。
19世紀初葉，法國和英國風行托帕石和紫晶製成的項鍊、耳環等首飾。
維多麗亞時代，托帕石仍是最受歡迎的寶石之一。
