INTERNATIONAL ORDERING GUIDELINE

  • Payment Options: We accept Credit Cards (Master/VISA/JCB), Apple Pay, LINE Pay, and PayPal.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use SF Express and International Postal Parcels for overseas shipments.
  • Recipient Details: Please provide the recipient's name and address in English.
  • Invoice Policy: According to Taiwan's Business Tax Law, we do not issue invoices for direct overseas sales.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated 2 - 35 days, depending on region, courier service, and customs inspection. Customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Duties: Please note, no refunds will be issued for parcels refused due to customs charges.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION GUIDELINES

  • Full English Name Required: As listed on your passport. Incorrect recipient information or unclaimed packages will lead to order cancellation.
  • Return of Unclaimed Parcels: Refunds are processed as store credit (excluding shipping costs) and notified via email. Re-shipping requires additional shipping fees.
  • Postal Service: May not contact by phone and cannot specify delivery dates/times. Unclaimed parcels will be left for pickup at the post office.
  • Parcel Tracking: Notification via email. For quicker updates, check iPost or your local post office.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Defective Items Only: We accept returns for defective items.
  • Report Defects: Within 7 days of receipt, send photos to customer service. Upon verification, you'll receive store credit in your account for future purchases.
  • No Exchanges on International Orders: Due to the complexities of international shipping, please rest assured that all items are thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch.

Customs and Import Duties for Overseas Orders:

 

Customs Clearance: All items sent overseas must go through customs. Whether you'll need to pay duties is randomly decided by customs.

Duties: If there are any, they're your responsibility. For exact fees, check with your local post office.

Notification: If you need to pay duties, you'll get a notice from customs. Pay these, and your items are yours!

 

If You Choose Not to Accept a Package:

Please note that you'll need to cover the shipping and any import costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

All orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
