Order Processing
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items will be shipped once all items are ready.
- If you would like your in-stock items to be shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that shipping times may be extended during promotional events, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Credit Card Installments
- 3-month interest-free installments are available on orders over NT$8,000.
- Additional installment plans are available. Available terms and interest rates will be displayed during checkout.
- Supported banks include CTBC Bank, Cathay United Bank, E.SUN Bank, Taishin Bank, Bank SinoPac, Union Bank of Taiwan, KGI Bank, DBS Bank, and HSBC.

For orders shipped within Taiwan, an electronic invoice will be issued in accordance with local regulations.
The invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers may also choose to save their invoice using a Taiwan Mobile Barcode Carrier during checkout.
For international orders, a commercial invoice will be included with the shipment where required by customs regulations.
